Your point brings to mind an important question for all teams and organizations, Scott: what is your mission? Do you define your mission by *what* you do, or *why* you do it? A "why" response is IBM; a "what" is Dell. One of the hardest lessons (and I'm living it within my Agency) is getting to the why instead of the what.
