I want to know about peak performance and how you set the stage for it to occur again and again. Here is what I want to ask:
1. Tell me about the time when you were absolutely at your best (the environment, the challenges, the people) and what mades that so special for you.
2. Now tell me how you re-create that same opportunity to be at your best when the environment, challenges or people are not the same.
3. What to do you look for to tell you when the people on your team are going to be working at their best?
4. What do you do to ensure they are able to perform at their best?
