These are wonderful suggestions. In addition, we must be willing to admit when we are wrong and say we are sorry. Remember, we need each other. No man is an island and we cannot do it alone.

Whenever there is human interaction, you will have conflict, the key thing is how to deal with the conflict. Ignoring it is not the solution. Facing and confronting it is.

Really good points! I love the part about agreeing to disagree- more of us should do this instead of being passive aggressive and creating a tense working relationship for all of those around us!
